Unless otherwise noted, I ship USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included on larger orders at no extra charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted or discussed, I ship USPS International First Class. There is no tracking available with the lower priced service, but I do insure larger orders automatically.

I accept exchanges or returns for shop credit as long as you notify me within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless the problem is a mistake I have made (wrong colour, wrong ear, etc).
